LEVENTHAL

Lara is the co-founder at Visible and has got PR in her DNA. She loves her job and that’s why she’s still doing it. Too much experience to list, it’s this, her energy and passion that her team and clients love. Whether it’s helping to solve a business or comms challenge Lara’s expertise is always put to good use. She really is a chameleon and can turn her hand to pretty much anything – well apart from drawing – that’s definitely not her forte! And there’s still no one more competitive when it comes to landing coverage!
Fun Fact: One of Lara’s favourite progs is My Feet are Killing Me - and she originally wanted to be a chiropodist.
VICKY

Vicky is a co-founder and director of Visible. She is an experienced PR practitioner with more than 30 years’ experience both in-house and in agencies. Vicky is a specialist in B2B and corporate communications, particularly in the media and entertainment industry, having devised and implemented comms strategies for some of the world’s leading brands including Snapchat, AEG Europe, WPP, Dentsu, Getty Images and The Discovery Channel, to name but a few.
Fun Fact: Vicky was once a pro swimmer and also competed at the World Street Dance Championships in a team – in my 40s!
LAURA
HINCHELWOOD

Laura has been working in PR for over a decade and found her forever home at Visible at the end of 2022. Our resident globe-trotter has led the strategic and creative direction for brands in all corners of the world, from Bacardi’s global art and music platform ‘No Commission’, to launching TK Maxx into new European markets. In the end though, she wanted to get back to her UK roots and to do more of the earned media work that made her fall in love with PR in the first place. She brings to Visible her fighting spirit, creative juice and strategic eye – along with a healthy dose of cockney charm.
Fun Fact: Laura has a HGV license and is also a qualified Personal Trainer.
RUTH
BENNETT

Ruth has a wealth of experience within the food & drink and lifestyle sector. Launching new and innovative challenger brands to market such as Strong Roots, Plenish and The Cheese Geek, Ruth has also worked on her fair share of household brands like Peperami and Sarson’s vinegar. Ruth is our media strategist here at Visible, where she constantly has her finger on the pulse of new and relevant opportunities for her clients. She brings to Visible her can-do attitude, reams of coverage and her knowledge of journalists across every aspect of the media landscape.
Fun fact: Ruth was a competitive swimmer and represented Ireland on a number of occasions internationally. She also has a passion for wine and currently has the Wine & Spirits (WSET) level 1,2 and 3 exams under her belt. During lockdown, she launched a pop up natural wine shop in Notting Hill.
JOSH
PATERSON

With over a decade of PR, marketing and events experience, Josh has worked across an array of industries, including broadcast media and entertainment, RT3D and music technologies, and music A&R. Bringing a vast experience in events to our team, Josh has overseen media engagement at the London 2012 Olympics and has spent several years managing clients and media at trade shows across the globe, including NAB, IBC & CabSat Dubai.
Fun Fact: Josh absolutely lives for music, having been to Glastonbury Festival 12 times and travels the world to see his favourite bands and musicians live. He’s also a dog dad to a miniature wire-haired sausage dog called Winnie.
HENNY
HAMILTON

Henny has over fifteen years’ experience working in media and comms and has carved a path as a media relations and copywriting specialist advising entrepreneurs, business leaders and non-profit organisations. She originally trained as a journalist, writing for the business magazine Startups and working at the Daily Telegraph and CNN International, before moving to the ‘dark side’ of PR in 2011. Henny has spearheaded major international communications campaigns for One Young World, the premier global forum for young leaders, Advertising Week Europe, and the government-backed International Festival for Business. She has also advised many of the UK’s foremost entrepreneurs and business leaders including Lord Bilimoria CBE, founder of Cobra Beer, Edwina Dunn, creator of the Tesco Clubcard, Paul Lindley, founder of Ella’s Kitchen, and Kate Robertson, founder and One Young World.
Fun fact: Henny loves the outdoors, her most memorable experience was climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and one day she plans to write a book.
BETH
HARDWICK

Beth brings a decade of B2B, ‘corpsumer’ and corporate PR experience to the table and has worked in agency with well-known brands across the financial services, tech, professional services, education, media, retail and third sectors. Previous clients include Ariel, LV=, The Open University and Ancestry.co.uk. She has also worked in-house, allowing her to fully understand the pressures and challenges clients face on a daily basis. At Visible, she uses her knowledge of vertical sectors to identify fresh angles and opportunities and supports clients to develop campaigns that feed directly into their objectives with a strong focus on thought leadership and proactive newsroom activity.
Fun fact: Beth is an avid collector of Lego and has replaced all living (and dying) plants in her house with Lego Botanical alternatives.
TOBY
HICKS
Senior Consultant

Toby has close to two decades experience working in PR and content marketing. A former journalist, Toby worked at the BBC for several years and has varied experience working in publishing managing comms for some of the UK's best known media brands including BBCGoodFood and Radio Times. He also headed up the communications for a Government backed campaign to boost the nation's STEM skills and more recently has worked with tech startups, alongside retail and digital marketing agencies.
Fun fact: Toby is a trained TEFL teacher and used to teach foreign language students in Cambridge.
